We ship to *almost* every country internationally. Due to the pandemic, we had to temporarily place a hold on shipping to Australia.

We currently ship from sunny Sarasota, FL. At this time, we do not have a location for pick-up. If you are a Florida resident, you will have to pay state tax.

We do our best to process + ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed + shipped out on Monday. 

Please note: we live in Florida, so due to unforeseen weather circumstances (i.e. hurricanes), we may not be able to send your order out within 24 hours. Once the weather conditions clear, we will resume shipping as usual. 

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we back our products 100% and can work with you on a resolution. Please email contact@halfcaked.com with your order number and issue. 

No, our products are not tested on animals, nor are the ingredients used in our products tested on animals. Our products will never contain any animal derivatives and are 100% vegan. We do not sell any cosmetics in China due to their animal testing laws.

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.

The majority of our shelf life is 12 months. We recommend discarding your Totally Tubular mascara after 6 months of opening.

Our products are created in Sarasota, FL and we manufacture with international GMP and socially-compliant suppliers in China and the United States. For each specific country of origin, please check the back of your product box. 

We have an extremely close business relationship with our manufacturers and their team. We create all of our products alongside each lab and ensure that there is fair labor through the entire process, from the consulting to the assembly line. There will never be any child working to create any of our products.
