How To Use
  1. Move the brush side to side: Wiggle the brush at the base of your lashes to thoroughly coat them with mascara, then sweep it upward to the tips for a fuller, longer look.
  2. Allow each layer to partially dry: Switch between eyes while applying mascara, letting each layer dry a bit, but not entirely, before adding another coat.
