Do you test on animals?
No, our products are not tested on animals, nor are the ingredients used in our products tested on animals. Our products will never contain any animal derivatives and are 100% vegan. We do not sell any cosmetics in China due to their animal testing laws.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.
How long do Half Caked products last after being opened?
The majority of our shelf life is 12 months. We recommend discarding your Totally Tubular mascara and Get-Fluffed Brow Gel after 6 months of opening.
Where are your products made?
Our products are created in Florida and we manufacture with international GMP and socially-compliant suppliers. For each specific country of origin, please check the back of your product box.
What's your stance on fair trade/labor?
We have an extremely close business relationship with our manufacturers and their team. We create all of our products along side of each lab and ensure that there is fair labor through the entire process, from the consulting to the assembly line. There will never be any child working to create any of our products.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on halfcaked.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care here, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
