Half Caked was founded in 2016 by Nicole while living in Tampa, FL, initially beginning with 6 shades of Lip Fondant. Erica joined the business in 2017 and instantly became the missing piece to the brand. With her addition, we have since sold millions of units in the ipsy Glam Bag and Boxycharm box. Sometimes people warn you about going into business with family, but these two couldn't imagine doing it without each other.

We understand that makeup should never compromise your skin's health, so naturally, we have prioritized vegan and cruelty-free products with clean beauty options. Each sister has personally struggled with skin issues, and our formulations are a testament that all faces remain happy and healthy.
